- Good Effort. All I have to say is work on proportions, you know, legs and arms and such. When shading, think about where the light is coming from and shade on the opposite side. Also, think of the size and shape of the clothes when shading so you know where. Again, good effort!

I'll just come right out with it...
Its bad. Sorry.
The shading is wierd... The shading on the legs looks like the skirt should have slits in it. And on the right arm, the shading is weird too.
I have to agree with Faeries about the hands. They're waaayyy to tiny.
But the best things about the picture are the eyes and cloths. Only things though..

- MS Paint is a hard program to work with, so I give you applause for even attempting to work with it. That being said, some of your overall proportions are off and the hands are way too small. Do you have a drawing tablet? If you want to work with drawing/painting on the computer, they're really the way to go. You have a lot of potential, so keep practicing and don't get discouraged!
